CHOOSE LIFE

So often I hear people saying, “ 𝘞𝘩𝘺 𝘥𝘪𝘥 𝘌𝘷𝘦 𝘩𝘢𝘷𝘦 𝘵𝘰 𝘦𝘢𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘵𝘳𝘦𝘦?”

Don’t get me wrong, I understand the heart cry ha

But I want to challenge that thought by pointing out the fact that we get the choice everyday to eat of that very tree.

This time that 𝘵𝘳𝘦𝘦— is our thought life. Every thought will either propel us into life or 𝖽𝖾𝖺𝗍𝗁. (Romans 8:6)

If you ever felt “dead inside” I would propose you’ve been eating what you were never created to consume.

The first step to begin 𝗳𝗲𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗻 𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗲 requires humility. We must acknowledge His ways are truly higher than ours.

Next, we must learn to be diligent in taking every thought captive and making it obedient to Christ. Then life will flood every cell of our being. Affecting our future generations, body, soul & spirit. (2Corinthians 10:5)

To walk this out successfully we must be aware of the enemy’s schemes.

“𝘋𝘪𝘥 𝘎𝘰𝘥 𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘺 𝘴𝘢𝘺...”

Since the beginning of time, we have heard that enticing whisper and entertained it more times than we would like to admit.

In turn, it caused us to doubt God’s word and to turn away from Love Himself.

May we expose it for what it is and never allow pride and doubt to take root.

Instead we must apply our FAITH, no longer allowing:

∙our 𝗲𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀/𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀

∙ 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗲 𝘀𝗲𝗲.

∙what looks like the “𝘄𝗶𝘀𝗲” thing to do

to leads us.

From now on—𝗛𝗘 𝗗𝗢𝗘𝗦!

With His word and the Holy Spirit as our Helper. God has given us everything we need to be successful. Our only responsibility, just like Eve, is to exercise our free will by choosing the “tree of life,” let’s choose LIFE!
